Eufy X10 Pro Omni Review
The Eufy X10 Pro Omni is one of eufy’s best value-for-money robot vacuums on the market. This robot vacuum comes with great features like self-emptying, a LiDAR navigation system, and Eufy’s AIC technology. water level indicator, pentagon design mop pads, which help mopping efficiency. This robot vacuum can also raise and lower on carpets and also apply downward pressure while mopping. All this at a price tag of $699. Let’s go over its pros and cons in detail.

What’s Inside the Box
First up, the unboxing instructions are right on top when you open it. The quick start guide is built right in. Inside the box, there’s safety information, a power cord, the vacuum, and the Omni station.
Eufy X10 Pro Vacuum
Starting with the vacuum, at the top is the LiDAR navigation module with Eufy’s logo and branding. There are three control buttons and a flap that lifts up to reveal the dustbin. This is a self-emptying system, but you can still manually empty and clean the dustbin as needed. The filter compartment pops open for cleaning and replacement. The dustbin features a deep compartment with an easy handle for installation and removal.
The setup code, reset button, and Wi-Fi indicator light are located nearby. At the top is the navigational bumper, covered with a removable sticker that features Eufy’s AIC technology. Underneath that are the cameras and sensors. On the side, there’s an outlet where the vacuum empties itself. This area also contains the mop master, charging contacts, and water refilling components.
Flipping the vacuum over, there’s a side cleaning brush, an omni-directional wheel, cliff sensors, and a carpet sensor. The roller brush is active and detangles itself, making maintenance easier. The drive wheels are spring-loaded. The two mop pads appear circular, but they’re actually shaped like pentagons, which allows them to make better contact while spinning. This clever design helps improve mopping efficiency.
The mop pads can raise and lower on carpets and apply downward pressure when mopping. They are made of soft cloth and are easy to remove and reattach.
X10 Pro Omni Station
The Omni station comes in two pieces. The station includes clearly labeled clean and dirty water tanks. Inside the compartment is a pre-installed vacuum bag that’s easy to remove, install, and replace.
The clean water tank can be pulled out for filling. It has a labeled max fill line inside. The dirty water tank features a float that indicates when the tank is full and needs to be emptied, washed, and dried.
Both tanks sit directly on the unit. On the front, there is Eufy branding and a channel for self-emptying, charging, water refilling, cleaning, and drying. Below that is a removable lip secured with tape, which allows for easy cleaning and access to the tray area. There’s also a small floating mechanism that snaps back into place.
On the side is the power cord connection. However, there’s no built-in cable management or cord storage. A small filter and some venting are visible for the self-emptying function.
Cleaning Performance
Let’s take a look at the real-world results.
Looking at the vacuum itself, your typical hair and a little bit of crumbs and dust are going to be agitated and knocked up on the unit. No big deal there; it’s very common. Then I see a couple of hairs in the dustbin. I did insert the vacuum before it went back home to self-empty. It was really clean.
Now let’s talk about the contents of the dustbin. There was a lot of pet hair. It was definitely full. After opening the dustbin, it was packed to the brim with fine dirt and dust, obviously pet hair and human hair.
Underneath it there were some of the crumbs and the larger debris down there. So a lot of stuff from outside. I also saw wood clippings, grass clippings, some Cheerios, and food and all of that good stuff tucked away in the dustbin.Â
Looking at the underside. There were a lot of tangles already on the brush roller. I was expecting that to be a little bit less. You will have to spend some time detangling that as needed.
The mop pads looked great. They were not dry because I took them off right when they started to go back home and dry, but they were washed and clean and they looked great. No stains, no dirt, no debris.Â
The side cleaning brush looked good too. There was no tangle there. That was a bit unusual; I usually find a couple of pieces of hair wrapped around here.
The mop lift height is 12 mm, which is one of the highest we’ve tested. It’s helpful for keeping mops off carpet. iRobot and Dreame have systems where the mop is lifted to the top of the robot or completely removed at the station. That’s a better system in my opinion, but 12 mm is still one of the highest lifts we’ve tested.
Suction Power
Suction power is measured in Pascals, or Pa. And in our tests, it has some of the highest suction power (8,000Pa) we’ve tested. Eufy vacuums typically don’t have very high suction power; most of them are lower-end models. So it’s no surprise that this has more than double the Eufy average. But it also nearly doubles the robovac average, which is around 4,200 Pascals. So this is definitely in a different tier.
Deep Cleaning
And what really matters is actual performance. So in our deep clean test, which is where we rub coffee grounds into carpet, it scored a 90. That’s 10 points higher than the Eufy average and 4 points higher than the robovac average. So that suction power is translating into more carpet being cleaned.
Operation Noise
We also measure noise in decibels on carpet at the highest suction level. It measured 76 decibels in our test. That’s 7 dB louder than the Eufy average and 6 dB louder than the robovac average. But I don’t think the difference is really noticeable. It’s not like it’s deafening or anything.
Battery Life & Capacity
Battery life is measured in minutes, and it was about 0 minutes in our test. That’s 50 minutes longer than the Eufy average and 30 minutes longer than the robovac average. But this measurement is kind of outdated, because now most vacuums, including this one, can recharge and resume.
We estimate it’s probably 5,200 mAh based on past flagship models. Eufy’s average is around 3,200 mAh. The Roborock vacuum’s battery averages around 3,600 mAh. And considering the long runtime and the fact that it has mopping, it would be surprising if it were less than 5,200.
Eufy X10 Pro Omni Height
Height is important for clearance under furniture. And this one is taller than average at 4.3 inches. The Eufy average is 3.5 inches, and the robovac average is 3.6 inches. It’s a LiDAR robot, and those are always taller. But for a LiDAR robot, it’s actually pretty short.
Bin Capacity
Dustbin size is also pretty small at 330 mL. That’s smaller than both the Eufy average and the robovac average, which are 425 and 411 mL, respectively. But self-emptying models always have small dustbins.
Water Tank Capacity
The water tank is also pretty small at 80 mL. That’s smaller than the Eufy and robovac averages, which are 177 and 244 mL. But again, this model can return to its base and refill, so onboard tank size doesn’t matter.
Threshold Handling
If you have thresholds or uneven flooring, Eufy has always been the better robovac in my opinion. They’re more aggressive. In some cases, you might not like that; it could drive up on your shoes or furniture. But when it comes to thicker thresholds where typical robovacs struggle, this model does well. They’ve dialed it in to make aggressive movements in contact and go up and over things. For example, it can handle corner beads or chair legs without shutting itself off. If you have thicker thresholds, you’ll appreciate the aggressiveness of this vacuum. Depending on your situation, that could be a pro, a con, or just something in the middle.

Final Thoughts
The Eufy X10 Pro Omni comes at a very reasonable price tag and has some great features. You can get this robot vacuum for $699 from Amazon (price may vary). The Eufy X10 Pro Omni performs great on all types of floors, although it’s missing some features like hot water mop washing and anti-tangling brushes and lacks at cleaning corners. Despite these drawbacks, the eufy gives tough competition to some premium robot vacuums like the S7 MaxV and Qrevo. So if you don’t want extra bells and whistles and want something that can clean well under $1000, then this is the best option.
